The advanced course builds on the fundamentals of Raven hydrologic modelling and explores more specialized tools and workflows used for model development, data preparation, calibration, and analysis.

The course covers advanced model assembly with RavenR, watershed and input preparation using BasinMaker, working with NetCDF data, reservoir and lake representation, and advanced calibration approaches. Supporting exercises, software resources, and reference materials are provided throughout the course.

This course is intended for users who already have a basic understanding of Raven and want to develop a stronger working knowledge of advanced modelling workflows and applications.
